This is how I have solved the equation: too much will to grow new seeds, no more space to do so. Going vertical, going indoors. I have been being tremendously impatient to plant those wonderful things my mother-in-law brought me from the USA the other day. So, I have improvised a mini-Nabucodonosor-suspended-garden in a kitchen cart by the window. The light they get is OK and they remain protected from the excessive cold. Well, most of the seeds did sprout in less than a week. The Speedy Gonzales prize goes to fenu-greek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), which showed itself the next morning. When I got caught out of containers, I ended up using ice-cream and eggs plastic boxes, pierced in the bottom. Desperate, but eco-friendly measures.
