My little box of colours
These are some photos from my crash course on herbs and spices, held on ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners) last weekend. To explore local and distant flavours, we've cooked a whole meal (antipasto, primo, secondo and dessert) and then some more sauces and pestos, sweet and savoury ones. All the greenery below has come from my humble vertical, apartament garden. I post this with best regards to my terrific pupils and to prove it IS possible to grow your veggies at home, no matter the space you have.
