Not only of flavours lives the new culinary. Minding sustainability is a must. We can manage resources properly, instead of keep emptying our ever growing garbage cans many times a day. Here are two humble examples of what one can do: a smoothie made of overripe bananas and my lavender scented honey and some pomegranate peel, which I keep for tea blends, after a few minutes drying at low temperature in the oven. We often think we don't have time for it, but that's because we have to work in order to keep buying stuff we could make at home, with greater quality and greater pleasure.
