Ontem, ganhei uma sacola de maracujás. Hoje, inventei essa sobremesa com eles. Chamei de "Entre Dois Amores" porque imaginei o maracujá indeciso, incapaz de escolher entre a mousse de chocolate branco e o glaze de chocolate amargo. Se alguém quiser a receita, que como toda a receita de confeitaria é uma chatice meticulosa, me peça via comment que eu publico. Agora estou com preguiça. Só quis deixar vocês com inveja.

I named it "Between two lovers", because it is impossible to poor passionfruit choosing a partner: should it be the velvety and sweet white chocolate mousse? Should it be the strong, exquisite dark chocolate and cognac glaze? Maybe keeping both is the best solution...
